Yo!!! I'm crazy :hoye:
I should have joined this forum long ago but due to very busy schedules and my job i kinda got here late. Anyway, i'm meetxj9. Nice to meet you'al. I just released the first issue of the New Age Outlaws last year in ComicFiesta and The Sci-Fi con. Currently i'm busy with the script for the next 2 issues (which will be released this year).
The project was a success, the comic got a good response. The Comics main audience was the mature readers. Those who love Marvel, Dc, Topcow or any other western looking comic will like it(i'm assuming).Here is a little synopsis of the story so far:-
“After an alien invasion, the earth was left in a wasteland of corruption, crime and acts horror. The once mighty Metahumans are now hunted down like dogs and there is no one left to keep the peace.
Until now….
Follow the exploits and life of Jessie, a teenage girl with deep secrets that torments her every living hour. Watch as an unpredicted incident impacted this young girls destiny to become a hero again.”The project took 2 years for me to study and get the guts to invest. One of the biggest problems was getting the printers in the US to print for me. Seeing that i don't have a credit card, i asked a friend for help with the transactions. However the comic came out great, the full colour printing they provided me was reasonable in price. After last year, i am more determine to get the comic going to the next level.

The cover for the second book is up, now comes the very problematic part of fixing the script. I will be doing the pecilling on february and hopefully finish it by the end of that month. The 2nd book is 32 pages long!!! Excluding covers.
To those who are interested to fill in the empty pages of the 2nd and 3rd book for filler, can host your skectches here. The deadline for those are still pretty far off. But nothings stopping me and you guys.
OK, this isn't even suppose to be up. Cause it reveals the next issues big villian. But anyway, the big guys name is Zedd. He will definately become a favorite with his all brawn attitude. Most of you might wonder how does this big fella fit in with the rest of the story for next issue. Lets just say when he shows up, it gonna be havoc for the others. How will the next issue play out? Wait and see.
After calculating the time i have for the year. I realized that i must put Issue 2 into full gear. Cause i can't wait to do the fight scenes. And for those who want gore, well, there will be gore and blood. Much more in the later pages that involves Dr. Fright. But what i'm looking forward too is the big fight scene with Zedd in it.
In other news, i'm also planning other titles that will be incorparated into the New Age Outlaws universe.
Things are heating up. With this guy in the mix, how will the next issue really play out. How will Jessie be able to face such a monster? What part does Dr.Fright play in this?
Much will happen in this issue that will lead a conspiracy. Plus the design for future characters are bieng done. The next protaganist will knock your socks off. :hoye:
This page was a #%$^@$#^&%$, I can't believe i actually went for it. It took alot of my time to finish this. I had a couple of other drafts for this page, but they were too easy
or inconsisten with the paneling. In the end i went for the hard way. And it came out great.“Havoc runs amok as the police bare witness to the carnage and massacare of their fellow teamates as DR. Fright goes on a killing spree.”
After the next page, its going to be very bloody.
I think there is 1 or 2 left. You will have to check it out on the second floor cause i haven't been visiting my distributers for awhile. I have been too busy trying to get issue 2 up.
Its almost time for the big splash where the bloodiest fight will begin. Jessica, Dr Fright, Frank Miller,Mac Henderson and Zedd. How will this book end?
Whatever is gonna happen, the plot will lead to a secret that was hidden away from eyes the of many.
A lot of stuff had to be rewritten in order to get the story fixed. Some characters that wasn't suppose to appear in this issue had to because of plots.
I have been getting input that the readers want to know more about Jessie. Not to worry, the first 2 issues will be centered on the events that are gonna happen. In issue 3, readers will get to know more about our heroine and other interesthing characters she will meet.
The title IS called the new age outlaws with an S. So expect to see other metahuman characters coming into the light in issue 3.
This will be the last page that i will be putting up for preview. In the coming months i will be submitting new character creations and pin ups and posters.
After doing issue 2 like a mad man, i figured my style of drawing got a lot better. The release date for the book is still a little blurry. But i will try to get it up by the fourth quarter of the year. However if things go out of control at the office, it will take longer for me to finish this. If the schedule is tight, i will have to try decresing the page count to get it released.

However i would like the readers suggestion on this, Would you guys like me to decrease the page count to get this realese faster? :hoye:
After so long, here is a little more sneek peek into the book. I tend to be more detail on things now. The way draw my stuff now is starting to move away from the current trend of drawing, into stuff i would ussually see in the 90's.
Seeing that i couldn't post any of the new characters and stuff yet. I figured an extra page would be nice.
