i think before this there were lots of discussions regarding this topic.
but honestly,i think that within the next seven years
with our current achievements and progress in the field
I would say we will not be able to achieve that quality.
Unless
If we see some changes
as in attitudes between animators,clients and audience.
if we have the best animators but without the right equipments
we still can't produce animation at that expected level.
same goes when we got best animators,good gadgets but bad cient
or bad attitude animator itself
or bad audiences who never respect or appriciate local products.
among the things that we could do is
to educate the people,audience and future clients alike
on the subject of quality animation and everything about it
usual process,usual time duration to finish the job etc
so that we and the people will understand more about the field itself
and condemn less on the local products.
hopefully,this will boost the morale of the animators as well.
